We want you to love your new sofa. This policy explains your right to cancel, how returns work, and what happens if your item arrives damaged or faulty. It does not affect your statutory rights.

1. Your 14-day right to cancel

If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive your sofa, without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us on WhatsApp (+44 7456 439050) or email furnishingshub52@gmail.com with your order number and full name.

2. Condition of returned items

Sofas must be returned unused, clean, undamaged and, where possible, in their original packaging. If an item has been used, damaged, stained, or handled more than is necessary to inspect it (as you would in a shop), we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.

3. Return costs

Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning it. You may arrange the return yourself using a suitable courier, or we can collect the item for a collection charge of £100, which will be deducted from your refund. Items must be returned within 14 days of telling us that you wish to cancel.

4. Refunds

We will refund the price you paid within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof that you have sent it back). Refunds are made to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are paid by bank transfer.

5. Items that cannot be returned

Made-to-measure or custom-made sofas (made to your own sizes or specifications) cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, unless they are faulty. Choosing a colour or fabric from our standard range does not make a sofa custom-made.

6. Damaged or faulty items

Please check your sofa on delivery. If it arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you, including collection. This does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Cancelling before delivery

You can cancel at any time before your order is dispatched for a full refund. If your sofa has already been dispatched, the return terms above apply.
