All measurements are approximate.
3️⃣ Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Payment must be made in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed (e.g. payment plan).
We accept payments via bank transfer, debit/credit cards, or approved online platforms.
Custom-made or made-to-order furniture requires a non-refundable deposit before production begins.
4️⃣ Delivery Policy
We deliver across the UK within 7–10 working days, depending on stock and location.
Delivery dates are estimates only — delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or supplier issues.
Delivery is to the ground floor unless pre-arranged otherwise.
Additional charges may apply for upper-floor deliveries or difficult access locations.
5️⃣Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order unless production has already started.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once materials or manufacturing have begun.
Liability Disclaimer
FurnishingsHub.co.uk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from product use or delayed delivery.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total value of your order.
